Over the years I have regularly "given back" .  Sometimes shooting charity events etc.  An example would be Forgotten Harvest.  For years in the Detroit area I documented their food distribution to the needy.  I was told that when they started using my imagery in their news letter, that donations sky rocketed from previous levels.  Metro Times in Detriot over for many years I was a regular assigned to shoot cover storys.   In Eustis Florida we have a Lake Eustis Clean up group that once a month picks up the trash in the lake.   So yes... it is not just about "Taking" pictures...  It is also about occasionally "Giving back".
